“Can someone help me?” A simple question from Webster captures the heart of why we open the doors of the Impact One Library every Wednesday. When children are surrounded by people who believe in them, encourage their gifts, and walk alongside them, they begin to see possibilities for their future they may never have imagined.
As I stood there, taking it all in, I found myself repeating, “Nickton… this has been your dream for so long.”
But he kept responding, “This is because of Impact One. This is your school.”
As we gently argued over who should take the credit, we both knew the truth: this is what partnership looks like.
