After four years of intensive training and mentoring to build their capacity to generate the resources needed to provide high-quality education for their students, our school directors have graduated from the School Management Program and are now fully equipped to run their schools sustainably. This graduation celebrates their holistic growth and their readiness to serve as catalysts for positive change within their community.
